Spiced Papaya Smoothie

This spicy and decadent smoothie is the perfect fibrous and warming smoothie to start your morning. With spices like nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla and the enzyme from papaya to kick-start your digestive system. Who would of thought papaya and sweet potato would taste so good together? It’s a caramel heaven.

How to make

ingredients

  • the flesh of half a medium sized ripe papaya (preferably, in season)

  • a quarter of a boiled and then frozen sweet potato (you can blend and then put into ice cube trays or keep in a tupperware after boiling)

  • quarter ripe avocado

  • pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla bean

  • one cup of oat milk or more (to blend)
